Garhwali snacks.

I call them Garhwali snacks , officially known as เคฐเฅ‹เคŸ Rooat . These are very delicious and for me they are a good subsitute of Buiscuits and snaks with Tea. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹. The Table tennis racket shaped machine or object is used to make these Rooats. The delicious snacks is frequently made by many Garhwali people specially when the married women goes to her Sasural or next home. ๐Ÿ˜€

After open defication in the jungle , Had no other option . The water was very cold , i.e. Enough to freeze the a.s . But hopefully everything was fine.

It was 20 km by foot trek. A night hault at a place so beautifully arranged by hardwork. The place is a meadow least spoiled by human beings.

What does it truly mean to be called one of the sexiest women in the world? Well, it takes more than just being physically stunning, because any teenager can chase a woman for her looks. No, to be sexy is to have confidence, brains, talent and a way to light up an entire room while walking into it.

Kaphal and hissar . The amazing fruits of Uttrakhand.

Hey guys ! In this post i will be telling you something about these delicious wild fruits which are very tasty and contains elements for good health.

If you ever visit uttarakhand in summers you will find these kafals in the trees . The read coating contains some sugary juices when chewed not fully as behind the red coat a solid seed is present which is thrown out. Kafal is the state fruit of Uttarakhand.

The whole childhood went in the lap of these trees that am so much in love with wild things , trees , forests , and animals.

The other yellow fruit is known as Hissar. It is also very delicious but the mother plant contains very spikes which makes it unfavourable to pick the fruit from the plant. The taste of this fruit is amazing but as the rapid construction and clearing of forests is occuring in the hilly areas , they are in threat . Government initiative needs to be strengthen as they are very valueable .

Long live Kafal ๐Ÿ˜.

Pictures are from Google but i have spent 20 years with these trees. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š.
